We’re thrilled to announce our new direct integration with MyCase, the leading legal case management software.
MyCase was built specifically to support the workflows of law firms, and its user-friendly design is driven by the insights and feedback from the people who use MyCase daily.
The user-centric design makes MyCase incredibly easy for lawyers and their teams to adopt and implement, ensuring they spend less time on administrative tasks and more time on practicing law and increasing their firm’s revenue.
This new integration gives Woodpecker customers, who are also using MyCase, the ability to create client documents from within MyCase by generating Woodpecker templates using MyCase client data.
From MyCase, users will be able to:
See the templates in their Woodpecker document collection
Select the template or templates they want to populate with client or case information
Automatically populate the selected templates with the client’s information
Automatically save the populated documents in MyCase
Signing case documents created from Woodpecker templates is also seamless and simple with MyCase’s eSignature functionality, included with a MyCase subscription at no additional cost. MyCase eSignature allows you to store and securely send encrypted files for clients to sign from any device and get the signed form linked to your case file immediately.
Finally, with MyCase’s cloud-based document management system, you can also give your team relevant access to the completed files and documents creating secure access and easy collaboration.
Keep everything in one place with unlimited data storage
Share, tag, and comment on documents in real-time
