What is a user?

A Woodpecker user (or seat) is a person who has a Woodpecker account. The user seats that come with your subscription can be given to anyone in your organization and can be transferred. Want to add more users? Just let us know!

Are discounts available?

Can I cancel at any time?

Absolutely! Although we hope you'll find Woodpecker a good fit for your needs, you can discontinue a subscription at any time.

How do I sign up for a plan?

You can sign up for a Woodpecker plan directly from this page by clicking on “Purchase now” next to your preferred plan above. Additionally, you can always move from one plan to another (for example Starter to Pro), whenever you like.

Yearly vs. monthly plans

Monthly plans are billed once per month whereas annual plans are billed once per year. Annual plans include a 25-30% discount on the per-month cost of the monthly plan of the same tier. Of course, you can always transition from monthly to annual versions of a plan at any time. Start on a monthly plan and move to an annual plan once you’ve proven Woodpecker’s value in your firm!

Is Woodpecker secure?

We ensure that all communications are secure using Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. All of Woodpecker's infrastructure is hosted using physically secure, U.S.-based data centers with Amazon Web Services, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. How does the trial work?

When you download Woodpecker, you'll automatically be given a free trial of the Woodpecker Pro plan. After your trial finishes, choose the plan that works best for you and your firm.
